  3. The campaign is available only to existing CGNET residential customers with an active and fully paid connection.
  4. Referrals must be submitted through the CGNET mobile app or customer portal before the referred customer registers or books a CGNET connection.
  5. Referrals submitted through phone calls, branch visits, social media, online support, or any other channel will not qualify.
