No. The referral offer cannot be combined with another promotional or general offer. The referred customer must choose either the referral offer or the applicable general offer.

The bonus months will be added after successful installation, full payment and CGNET verification. The bonus will be applied after the customer’s current billing cycle.

  1. The campaign is valid from Bhadra 2083 and replaces all previous CGNET referral campaigns from its effective date.
  2. The campaign is available only to existing CGNET residential customers with an active and fully paid connection.
  3. Referrals must be submitted through the CGNET mobile app or customer portal before the referred customer registers or books a CGNET connection.
  4. Referrals submitted through phone calls, branch visits, social media, online support, or any other channel will not qualify.
  5. The referred customer must be a new CGNET customer and must subscribe to an eligible three- or twelve-month residential plan.
