How does CGNET Parental Control Work?

Customers can accsss/ log in his/her account using the unique USERNAME and PASSWORD provided by CGNET.

We shall email and SMS our subscribers the username and passowrd as soon as they onboard us.

How do I disable CGNET Parental Control?

Once the connection is completed, the CG NET user ID will be shared on the registered mobile number and email address. Or you can check your user id on the sticker attached to your router.

If your mobile number is not registered with us, please get in touch with our customer care for support.
