Notes

1. All prices are TSC inclusive and VAT exclusive.
2. Invoices for the previous month will be generated the first day of each month, with the customer offered 3 days to clear the previous month's bill.
3. The failure to pay the bill within 3 days will result in internet deactivation, but internet billing will continue and the customer will have to pay for the un-used days as well (Max 30 days).
4. If the customer fails to pay the bill, the outstanding balance will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
5. The 100% refundable deposit rule will apply only if all pending dues are cleared and the router and STB box are successfully recovered from the customer.
6. *Installation Charge, Drop Wire Charge, Rental Charge, Refundable Deposit are one time charge.*
