Terms and Conditions

• This campaign is applicable only to existing CG Net customers with an active and paid connection.
• The referral offer is valid only on 12-month plans.
• A referral is considered successful only after the referred customer completes installation and full payment.
• Referral Rewards:
  • On the first successful referral, the referrer receives 2 months of free internet, and the referred customer receives 1 month of bonus internet.
  • On the second successful referral, the referrer receives one free pair of earbuds, and the referred customer receives 1 month of bonus internet.
• The earbuds reward is limited to one unit per customer.
• Free and bonus internet months are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and will be added after the current billing cycle.
• Referrals for cancelled, suspended, unpaid, or uninstalled connections will not be eligible for rewards.
• A referral will be invalid if the customer being referred has already booked or registered for a CG Net connection.
• If multiple referrals are received for the same customer, the referral will be treated as void.
• This campaign replaces all previous referral schemes from the launch date.
• CG Net reserves the right to verify eligibility, and to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Final interpretation and decision regarding the campaign will remain with CG Net management.
